1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote or confirming a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and payments

A reservation is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and the agreed deposit or full payment has been received. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change until the booking is confirmed.

• •A deposit may be required to hold your reservation.
• •The remaining balance is due before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• •We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and, in some cases, cash payments.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation conditions depend on the specific tour or package booked and are shared with you at the time of confirmation. Refunds, when applicable, are processed using the original payment method and may be partial depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

4. Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving on time for each service, holding valid travel documents and following the safety instructions given by our guides and staff.

5. Liability and force majeure

TravelXM acts as an organizer of tourism services and is not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, strikes or third-party suppliers. Tours may be rescheduled or replaced for safety reasons. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of TravelXM or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Costa Rica.
