We were welcomed with open arms, felt safe every step of the way, comfy bus with WIFI, knowledgable warm friendly guides, great restaurants and hotel accommodations, communication, epic included activities and optional activities like ziplining, which was beyond amazing. They made sure we saw monkeys, sloths, exotic birds, deadly frogs, snakes, etc. They were extremely gracious and kind. This FAM trip is more like a family trip, with the best tour directors/bus driver/navigator and the best group I have ever had the pleasure to travel with. NO ISSUES AT ALL. My only wish is that we had more time at the resorts, but then we wouldn't be able to experience all that we did. Must be the PURA VIDA in the air that made this the BEST trip ever!
