TravelXM is for individuals, families, teams, couples and those who want to experience the breathtaking beauty of Costa Rica through custom tour packages where everything is taken care of. Our team brings years of experience in crafting top experiences and simplifying the process to create unforgettable memories.
What exactly is included?
Everything except your flights! We take care of all airport pick-ups and drop-offs, meals, accommodations, tours, guides, workshop venues and anything else you can think of. As we like to say: just show up and we’ll do the rest.
When is the best time to visit Costa Rica?
Anytime can be special. Costa Rica is unique in that it operates on a two-season cycle: either dry or rainy season. Dry season typically runs from December through April, while the rainy season is May through November.
While the rainy season can sometimes affect activities, showers are usually in the afternoon and can be light. Each season has benefits and drawbacks, but no matter when you come to Costa Rica, we’re here to make it amazing!

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you can. Our personalized packages have plenty of details our staff will work hard to take care of. Depending on the season, some packages sell out months in advance.

Yes! Our expert team can design a custom experience or tour for any occasion, from team-building experiences, to once-in-a-life-time proposals, honeymoon packages and tons more.
What is the refund process if I change plans?
Sure. We completely understand how plans change. Our personalized packages require 15 days notice due to the upfront planning and logistical work our team must do.
